Terms of Service

These terms apply to products sold on appmacha.com by AppMacha Labs ("we", "us"), currently SafetyClip. By buying or using them you agree to these terms. Guidejar is sold on guidejar.com under its own terms.

Your license

  • Buying SafetyClip gives you a personal, perpetual license to use SafetyClip on one Mac at a time, activated with the license key we send you. You can move it to another Mac by deactivating it in the app first.
  • The license includes future updates we release for SafetyClip.
  • Your purchase includes read access to SafetyClip's private GitHub repository, under the SafetyClip Source License in it. You may read, modify and build the source for the Mac your license covers, but not share or redistribute it or apps built from it, or share your access to the repository.
  • Don't share your license key or try to get around the license check.
  • If a purchase is refunded or charged back, its license key stops working and its repository access is removed.

Payments

Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes. Their buyer terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown on the product page and are charged once; there is no subscription.

Delivery

After payment you receive an email with your license key and a link to download the app. To get the source code, connect your GitHub account from that email or the Dodo Payments customer portal, and you'll be invited to the repository. You can find all of this again in the customer portal.

No warranty

SafetyClip helps reduce the risk of secrets leaking from your clipboard, but no tool can detect every secret or stop every app from reading the clipboard. The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
